Mr. D.T is a successful entrepreneur in Vietnam who aspires to invest and settle in Australia. After conducting research and submitting the application, he and his family were granted a 132A visa on September 1, 2020, with assistance from another immigration agency. However, as he didn’t receive specific advice regarding the business investment for the next phase, he sought assistance from Bluewise to receive guidance on a business investment model in Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this guidance, Mr. D.T felt assured in starting his caf\u00e9 business. In April 2022, the caf\u00e9 officially commenced operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a year in business, Bluewise continued to support Mr. D.T in carrying out the 132A review, which is necessary for the New South Wales (NSW) state government to evaluate whether he fulfilled the initial commitment requirements: investing a minimum of 1.5 million AUD and employing five full-time local employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bluewise assisted Mr. D.T in completing the necessary documentation and submitted it to the NSW state government on July 17, 2023. Just two days after submission, the NSW state government responded and confirmed that Mr. D.T had successfully completed the 132A review.<\/span><\/p>\n
