Job Description<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  • Calculate monthly salaries, overtime, and commissions for employees;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports according to the regulations of the tax authorities;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Check, review, preserve, and store all accounting documents, vouchers, and books;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure that accounting books and records are accurate and comply with Vietnamese accounting standards;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor the payment progress of contracts, remind relevant departments about payments and customer’s payables to ensure they are settled on time. Monitor incoming\/outgoing invoices, issue invoices to customers; Monitor incoming\/outgoing invoices, issue invoices to customers;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Complete and explain related data for each tax settlement period with the tax authorities;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow up and carry out procedures for payments of benefits – policies for employees;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage the company’s cash fund based on the revenue – expenditure regulations of the business;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Suggest and propose remedial measures for improvements necessary for the company’s accounting operation;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor the bank’s cash flow based on the documents, reconcile with the subsidiary bank book at the end of each month, and manage the bank’s cash;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Other tasks assigned by superiors will be discussed further during the interview.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Possess professional accounting skills, able to compile and review documents;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Preference for candidates with experience, graduated from a regular college – university majoring in accounting and auditing;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of tax regulations, social insurance laws;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Organize, arrange, and build plans to carry out assigned tasks;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience working with tax authorities, insurance agencies, and other government agencies;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficient in office computer use, tax declaration software, and social insurance;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Honest, careful, responsive, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
