This is a permanent residency visa designed for individuals who have outstanding achievements and exceptional capabilities recognized in Australia’s target sectors. It provides an opportunity for permanent settlement in Australia for the entire family, with the full rights and privileges of Australian permanent residents. Additionally, the primary applicant is granted the ability to buy and own real estate in Australia.

REQUIREMENT
The primary applicant must have internationally recognized outstanding achievements in one of Australia’s target sectors for the past 10 years:

- DigiTech
- Infrastructure and Tourism
- Financial Services and FinTech
- Education
The achievements and skills of the primary applicant must be endorsed by an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, eligible New Zealand citizen, or an Australian organization in the same field.
There is no age requirement for the primary applicant; however, if the primary applicant is under 18 or over 55 years old, they need to:
- Make a significant contribution to the Australian economy.
- Generate employment opportunities for Australian residents.
- Contribute to the advancement of research, innovation, and global standards in critical areas.
