Bluewise would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the N.T family for receiving approval from the New South Wales state government for their subclass 188A provisional visa application under the Business Innovation stream, which was granted within a few working hours on April 5th, 2022.
The Australian Business Innovation and Investment Program offers a pathway to permanent residency for business owners and investors who wish to establish or develop a new or existing business in Australia.
This visa allows the applicant and their family members to live and work in Australia for up to five years before applying for a permanent residency visa.
After conducting a thorough assessment and consultation on the application, combined with the development of a comprehensive business plan, Bluewise submitted the application to the New South Wales state government in the afternoon of April 4th, 2022. Surprisingly, within a few hours of submission, on the morning of April 5th, 2022, Bluewise received approval for the state government’s endorsement of the 188A provisional visa application (although the expected processing time was up to four weeks).
