
Job Description
- Receive and evaluate customer requirements;
- Collate and review the accuracy and legality of each document;
- Prepare complete profiles according to the regulations of each visa category;
- Monitor, manage and report the application process to the customer;
- Support the completion of documents and profiles when requested;
- Address questions related to services, visa categories suitable for each customer’s conditions;
- Regularly check information updated from Australian States and Government;
- Participate in training on new Australian policies related to work;
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduated from a College or University in Law, Accounting, Business Administration,…;
- Good English reading comprehension. Having PTE or IELTS certificate is an advantage;
- Good office computer skills;
- Diligent, hardworking, and careful;
- Priority for those with experience in the field of Australian immigration and study abroad application preparation for at least 1 year.
