Job Description

Post recruitment according to company’s needs on recruitment channels: Facebook, Linked in, Recruitment Website, etc;
Screen information, conduct preliminary interviews, find suitable candidates for each recruitment position;
Enter data on candidates, new employees;
Draft and check HR documents, labor contracts, prepare procedures for new employees;
Draft form templates, arrange documents according to regulations, manage new/old HR profiles;
Manage & monitor assets, equipment, stationery;
Regularly update changes related to Labor Law, Social Insurance, Wages, etc;
Check attendance, track employee check-in/out times;
Other tasks as required by superiors.

Students preparing to graduate from College, University with majors in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration;
– Basic understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, etc;
Proficiency in office computer: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc;
Careful, meticulous, diligent, agile, honest, with the ability to synthesize, analyze and evaluate information;
Minimum internship time of 5 days/week. Minimum internship period of 6 months.

Allowance: 2,400,000VND/month;
Be trained and instructed professionally about the job;
