Western Australia

Western Australia (Western Australia) is located to the west and occupies one-third of the area of Australia. It is the largest state in Australia with the capital city of Perth. The state of Western Australia borders South Australia to the southeast, the Northern Territory to the northeast, the Gulf of Australia and the Southern Ocean to the south, and the Indian Ocean to the north and west.

Northern Territory

North Territory (Northern Australia) is located in the north-central region of Australia, with the capital city of Darwin. It shares borders with Western Australia to the west, Queensland to the east, South Australia to the south, and the Timor Sea, Gulf of Carpentaria, and Arafura Sea to the north.

South Australia

South Australia (South Australia) is a relatively large state, the capital is Adelaide. This is the 4th largest state and territory in Australia in terms of area. South Australia borders the states of Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, NSW, Victoria, and the Northern Territory.

Queensland

Queensland ranks 2nd in terms of area among Australia's states, the capital is Brisbane. Queensland is located in the Northeast of Australia, the West borders the Northern Territory, the South West borders South Australia and the South borders New South Wales. Queensland's east is bordered by the Pacific Ocean.

New South Wales

New South Wales is located in the Southeast region of Australia, with the capital city of Sydney. Bordering states such as Victoria to the South, Queensland to the North, South Australia to the West, and the Tasman Sea to the East.

Victoria

The state of Victoria is the second smallest state in Australia, and the capital is Melbourne, covering the tip of the east coast of this country. It is bordered by New South Wales to the north and by South Australia to the west. To the south, Victoria is bounded by the Bass Strait and is bordered by the Tasman Sea to the southeast.

Tasmania

Tasmania is an island state of Australia, the capital is Hobart. Located 240 km south of mainland Australia, separated by Bass Strait. The state consists of the main island of Tasmania, the 26th largest island in the world, and 334 surrounding islands.

Canberra

Canberra borders the Brindabella Range and is located about 150km off the east coast of Australia. This city is about 240km southwest of Sydney.
